The Move

What to expect on moving day? Reduce costs, a moving checklist and calendar, make your move worry free by following these simple steps.

  • Puchase Price
    Price of the home minus downpayment
  • Down Payment
    Mortgage downpayment is 10% of total purchase price for buyers not purchasing their first home.
  • Mortgage Term
    The amount of time, usually years, full payment is to be reimbursed. Most common is 25 years.
  • Interest Rate
    The interest rate your lender has provided for your mortgage.
  • Property Taxes
    City property taxes. Usually found on the listing or can provide by real estate sales representative.
  • Property insurance
    Your annual property insurance cost.
  • PMI
